Order Returns
To place an order, simply browse our collection, select your desired items, choose your size and color, and click "Add to Cart." Once you’ve finished shopping, proceed to checkout, where you can enter your shipping information and payment details.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also offer payment options through UPI.
Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to make changes. After 24 hours, we may not be able to accommodate your request as the order might already be processed.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, orders within India take 5-7 business days to arrive, Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Currently, Cladiva does not offer international shipping. We are focused on serving customers within India. Stay tuned for updates as we may expand our shipping options in the future.
